Foxie! A second life for a past theatre set

The Royal Theatre of La Monnaie / De Munt is Belgium’s largest opera house. For some time now, we’ve been in conversation with the institution to figure out how to manage the repurposing of past set designs responsibly. A first pilot project focussed on a single production, Foxie, directed and designed by Christophe Coppens. These pictures (from November 2020) show the arrival (and warm welcome) of the main character in the Reinaertshoeve in Ouden-Doel to help with the activities of the poldermas. To be continued…
